Hope

I just realized something today. I lost hope. I remember Doug telling me I had no hope 11 years ago when our daughter was very ill. I was a mess and he was so calm. When I asked him how he could be so calm he said, "Because I have hope. You don' t have any hope." It was a jolt for sure. Today, I heard Doug's words again. I am learning to hope once again. Amen!
