HOOOooney! I'm HOOOooooome!

Back home again. Still processing it.  Janie's been yelling at me since Wednesday.  Dad is doing better but still needs help.  The medical opinion of the professionals involved is that he needs long term (more than six months) care.  Mom is at home, and for the first time in many years is truly alone.
No fun watching your whole family disintegrate before your very eyes.
Yes, it could be worse, yes many lovely moments occured while I was there... and I'll get them down eventually.  Right now, I'm beat, even after 8 hours sleep.  Got home last night before the rain started (whew).  11 hours in the car (the extra hour thanks to a detour and a missed turn) not exactly my idea of a good time. 
Off to do chair massage at the bookstore.  They always cheer me up!
