Homicide: left her child in a swing in a park for 2 days - Should psychopaths raise children?
The woman who left her child in a swing in a park in the cold in Maryland for two days (the child died) was indicted for homicide. So, now the government is debating "should psychopaths be allowed to raise children". They need to ASK this? Doesn't say much for our government.
The answer is NO. Psychopaths should not be around other living things at all.

To be exposed to the violence and anger day in and day out while living in what I'm sure was not a desirable setting for a child and then to sit for 24 hours in the cold and have the person you have to rely on the most be the one who is hurting you. I just can't fathom the suffering that poor baby went through.
And now we'll do what the U.S. is good at incarcerating as many people as they can with no consideration of mental illness, perpetuating a cycle that only continues when they are released into society.

after being around mostly mentally ill people and petty criminals all my life, i\'ve come to the conclusion that there\'s a thin line between being crazy and being sleazy;)
my local area paper months ago had article of woman who hit her kid with a baseball bat cause kid clogged up the toilet.
# local people in local newspaper police log for years, with people i knew in 1980s having their adult kids in newspaper police log in last few years, after mom and dad burnt themselves out in their middle ages, so that their arrests stopped.
There are stories on line allll the time about adult men and women beating up INFANTS with their fists, who ultimately die, even in public. wth? NO ONE can step up and stop this person. they just STAND there and watch?

My X wife broke her middle son\'s arm when he was 6 months old in the crib b/c he was crying, Then a he was 5 - 7 yrs old & she broke his arm again, This was before I met her.
She told me & everone else her x husband did it
I found papers\' stating from cps & court records she did it....
Later I also found papers from the courts stating that she could only get her kids back if she took hubby back...WTH? Her kids were taken away twice before I met her..
What kind of courts did we have protecting kids in 1970\'s & 80\'s?
I also found papers that a teacher reported marks on middle boy & he said his Mommy hit him
I found these papers in a closet (She was a mild hoarder, She may not of remembered saving them..)
I only stayed with her to help protect my stepkids kids from her
She was still beating the 3 boys when I met her..
Yrs later she denied ever hitting the kids ,when they brought it up...
She also was stealing money from the youngest boy before he moved out & used his SS # to buy stuff & get credit card.. I found out about the money & told him, later he found out she used & ruined his credit when he was going to buy a car...
cowboy, your x wife IS a sleaze. anyone who lives off of children or animals is scum. how disgusting. she sounds like someone who should have been poisoned until dead ... or unplugged when in the hospital ... though they claim evil doesn\'t kill other evils, evil only kills off and attacks good people. what a fucked up planet this is.
