Homemade Stuffing! :) cooking day! :) Thanksgiving Wishes, from our home to yours :)

HAPPY SUPER WEDNESDAY!!! :) THANKSGIVING TIME!!! :) oh my!!! :) oh boy! We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) i smell HOMEMADE STUFFING COOKING!!! :) oh yeah!!! :) Thanksgiving smiles! :) it's a day of COOKING, BAKING, POST OFFICE ADVENTURE, SPIRITED JOYS, as we get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday :)The kitchen is cozy warm, and today, i've been having a COOKING DAY!!! :) it's my annual, HOMEMADE STUFFING WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD COOKING DAY!!! :) i love this very special tradition :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) this day is rocking and rolling! :) i took pictures of my cooking adventure to share with everyone :) i had lots of fun making the stuffing :)This morning, my mom and i enjoyed a super sweet, spirited, and confidence spirit soaring, post office adventure! :) We mailed 2 gifts, goodies, and treasures packages :) the experience went really well! :) the post office worker, and my mom and i, wished eachother a happy Thanksgiving :) awww! :) i am so very happy, and delighted about the nice treasures we mailed :) one of the packages is birthday treasures package :) we saw lots and lots of ducks swimming in the peaceful pond today! :) one of the ducks was flapping it's wings! : )awww! :) this is awesome!!! :) Lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) TOMORROW'S THANKSGIVING, and MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY!!! :) We're going to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal, a wonderful feast :) Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, bread rolls, sweet potatoes, and lots and lots more :) my mom's baking a pumpkin pie :) We're going to my sister Jenn's home for Thanksgiving, and also having a meal, and celebration here at our home tomorrow too :) We'll be watching the parades, football, and tomorrow, as we all are gathered together, on Thanskgiving holiday, we'll be thinking of you and your wonderful family's, and we'll be with eachother in spirit :) We're thankful for your very special friendships, and are so happy, thankful, and blessed, to be able to celebrate these joyful times, with you all :) Kayla and Taylynn had a half day of school today, and their Thanksgiving vacation has began :) Warm Cozy hugs, sharing lots of love, and many spirited blessings, and heart warming happiness, that touches the heart, in many special ways :) Lots of wonderful things to look forward too :) Happy Thanksgiving wishes, from our home to yours :)
THANKSGIVING TIME! :) JOYFUL BLESSINGS! :) SPIRIT SOARING DAY! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing great, and enjoying a nice day :) it's Thanksgiving time :) my family and i are so happy, and excited! :) We're enjoying this awesome day today, a day of thanksgiving preparations for the big day tomorrow :) Lots of friends, are traveling, preparing for Thanksgiving :) cooking, baking, enjoying the wonderful blessings, of this very special time of the year :) i've been thinking of you all often today, and have lots and lots to share here in my journal, including my wonderful tradition i love so very much each year, cooking homemade stuffing, with sausage and cornbread :) mmm mmm! :) i can't wait, to dig into the stuffing, and all of the other yummy foods tomorrow, Thanksgiving Feast :) it's a spirited time, to enjoy wonderful quality time with our loved ones, a time to give thanks, for the many blessings, that touch our hearts in many beautiful ways, each and every day :) As we all gear up, for Thanksgiving tomorrow, my family and i want to take this time, to send our love, and many happy thanksgiving wishes across the miles, with smiles, from our home to yours :) We hope everyone, enjoys a very blessed, joyful, and happy Thanksgiving :)
my family and i are enjoying a great day today, it's countdown to Thanksgiving! :) the day before thanksgiving, is always one of the most exciting days, as it's time to get ready, for Thanksgiving, and all of the special joys the holiday brings :) Thanksgiving time with family, friends, the parades, football, and of course, the THANKSGIVING FEAST!!! :) YUMMY!!! :) my family and i got a nice turkey, from the grocery store, and are gonna be preparing the thanksgiving foods, and turkey tomorrow, cooking, baking, and gonna be traveling over to my sister Jenn's home, for Thanksgiving dinner around mid-morning to lunch today :) We're gonna be spending time at Jenn's, and then coming home, to have another Thanksgiving meal here at our home. :) It's gonna be a day filled, with lots of joyful times, and spirited happiness, all throughout the day :) Tomorrow is my mom's birthday!!! :) We're gonna be celebrating my mom's birthday too :) We've got some nice gifts, goodies, and treasures for my mom :) She's looking forward to her very special day :) We feel your loving spirits, and energy with us, all throughout the days, and tomorrow, we'll be with eachother in spirit, and looking forward to hearing about, your Thanksgiving holiday, and sharing our day with everyone :) i'll be taking pictures tomorrow, and would love to write a journal, all about the festivities, traditions, and celebrations :) getting the kitchen cozy warm, and enjoying the warmth of the home, on Thanksgiving, it's very very special :)
HOMEMADE STUFFING, WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD!!! :) it's become, a very special tradition over the years, the day before Thanksgiving, i cook, and bake, Homemade Stuffing, that is one of our favorite foods :) It's YUMMY DELICIOUS! :) i love sharing with everyone, about this very special cooking adventure each year, with everyone in my journal :) it's A COOKING SUPER WEDNESDAY!!! :) whooo! :) back in 2004, my family and i use too watch the food network often, our favorite show, was Emeril's show, we'd watch it all the time, and would get recipes :) We got one, that Emeril shared with everyone, stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) i remember making the stuffing that year, and everyone LOVED IT!!! :) WOW! :) i was so happy, and excited, i knew a very special new tradition was born! :) Each year now, the stuffing is a great and special part of our Thanksgiving meal, feast :) i have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, dad, and sister Lisa :) They've been picking up lots of nice supplies, for the stuffing :) this year, i'm cooking a double batch of the stuffing! :) The stuffing is very popular, and goes very fast, at Thanksgiving meal time :) this year, making double the recipe! :) THIS IS SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME!!!! :) oh yeah! :) it's TIME TO COOK! COOK! COOK! :)
i am so very tickld happy, excited, and thrilled! :) This morning, i began to get our kitchen ready, for some cooking, and baking! :) i am so happy, and excited to share with you all, about how i make the stuffing :) This is awesome! :) the stuffing, is made with lots of love, spirit, and energy, as i love to dwelve into making this delicious meal :) the stuffing is so nice, and will always be a part of our Thanksgiving meal/feast :) i am so happy, and delighted, to share with you all, about my cooking adventure :) i was setting up the stove area this morning, for my cooking adventure:) i gathered the recipe ingredients, and began to get ready to take the first step, to preparing the stuffing :) this is awesome, going through the steps, and thinking about how tomorrow, my family and i will be enjoying the stuffing :)
i brought our very special, and lovely, Happy Thanksgiving cards, turkey decoratives, and baking supplies into the kitchen :) getting the kitchen cozy warm, and ready to cook and bake! :) here's the ingredients, for the homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :)
1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 loaf of Stuffing bread
1-Egg
1- package of sausage to cook
1-Bell Pepper
1 Onion
2 celery sticks
1 can of chicken Broth (stock)
Making the stuffing, is lots of fun :) this morning, i first began to prepare the cornbread mix :) We love cornbread, and it adds a sweet taste to the stuffing :) i got a bowl, and a spoon, and added in the stuffing mix, milk, vegetable oil, and 2 eggs (since i made a double batch of stuffing) :) i mixed the cornbread, and put the cornbread mix into a nice greased baking pan/dish :) i put the cornbread into the oven to bake :) the cornbread was baking nicely :) the next step, is cooking the sausage :) my mom, dad, and Lisa bought 2 nice packages of the sausage :) i got a frying pan, put a little vegetable oil in it, and began to cook the sausage :) the sausage was sizzle sizzling! :) mmm mmm! :) i love the scent of sausage cooking :) i used a spatula, to make the sausage into nice tiny pieces :) the cornbread finished baking, i brought the cornbread out of the oven to cool down :)
i fully cooked the sausage, and put the sausage on the back of the stove area :) with the sausage, you can decide to drain out the sausage grease, or you can keep the sausage grease, to help add more flavor to the stuffing :) we usually keep the sausage grease, to add the extra flavoring :)it was then time, to prepare, and cook, the vegetables :) This is one of the biggest parts of the recipe :) i used, 1 bell pepper, 2 onions, and 3 celery stalks, since i'm making a double batch of the stuffing :) i was so very into this! :) Thanksgiving cooking time! :) i was thinking of you all, and taking pictures of the cooking adventure i was having :) this was great! :) my mom, Lisa, and Alyssa were coming out into the kitchen, checking in on the adventure :) We love the stuffing :)
The 3rd step to making the stuffing, is cutting the vegetables :) i chopped the bell pepper, 2 onions, and celery stalks, and i then put them into a cooking pot, and i added in, 2 cans of chicken broth :) i let the vegetable simmer cook in the chicken broth :) This is a big step, as the vegetables soak up the chicken broth, for that added flavor of yummy goodness :) mmm mmm! :)i must admit, i was getting SUPER HUNGRY!!! as i was preparing the stuffing :) while the vegetables were cooking on the stove, i then crumbled up, the stuffing bread :) the 2 loafs of stuffing bread, i crumbled nicely, in a big bowl :) i then crumbled up, the cornbread, adding it to the stuffing bread :) i then poured in the sausage (with sausage grease) :) the stuffing was coming together!!! :)
When the vegetables had fully cooked, it was then time, to pour the vegetables and chicken broth, into the bowl with the crumbled breads, and sausage :) i then added 2 eggs into the bowl, and i stirred and stirred :) SUPER STIRRING on this sweet cooking super wednesday! :) i got some nice baking dishes/pans, and i used butter to grease the pans, and then added in the stuffing into the pans :) i baked the stuffing in the oven, for about 15 mintues :) i then brought the stuffing out of the oven, to cool down a bit, i put aluminum foil on top of the stuffing, and put the stuffing/pans into the fridge :) tomorrow morning, we're gonna put the stuffing back into the oven, for about 25 minutes, and then will be bringing one of the stuffings/dishes over to my sister Jenn's home, and we'll have another stuffing/dish for our home :) i had so much fun, and had the time of my life, making this wonderful stuffing today, and taking pictures of it :) we are gonna be digging into the stuffing tomorrow! :) oh my! :) oh my!!! :) i can almost TASTE that delicious stuffing :) it warms my heart, knowing that my family will be enjoying the stuffing tomorrow :) it's very special, and precious to me :) i love sharing with you all here in my journal, about how i make the stuffing, and how i love to prepare the stuffing each year, and taking pictures :) i'm very happy, and thankful to have this awesome tradition in my life, to share with family and friends :) Happy Thanksgiving smiles :)
SUPER WEDNESDAY POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) This morning, we also had, a post office adventure, around 8:45am :) my mom, Lisa, and i went to the post office :) it's raining very hard, and we've had some gusty winds in our area. we're ok though. we had 2 treasures packages to mail to friends :) we had a safe car ride, and the post office experience went nice, and smoothly :) i had nice social interaction, and public speaking :) a kind gentleman was at the post office waiting for a bus, and he held the door open for us :) my mom and i thanked him :) the post office worker, wished us a happy thanksgiving, and we wished her a happy thanksgiving too :) awww! :) this was so nice, and sweet :) We're so happy, and excited about the nice treasures packages we mailed :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office :) on our way home, we saw, about 12 ducks swimming in the peaceful pond, even some of them were flapping their wings! : )awww! :) it was so sweet, and a wonderful nature sight to see :) the peaceful pond, is very high water today, with all of the rain. we're hoping the pond doesn't flood over into the main road there, like it did in 2010. we're hoping the rain eases up, and that everyone is safe, from the stormy weather. 2 days ago, it was 20 degrees here, and it's now 60 degrees here today. this is wild wild weather! wow! :) over the course of the week, i want to do some more writings, writing some cards, notes, and letters, to mail next week, and also gearing up, for Christmas cards writing :) There's many more wonderful writings to look forward too, and post office adventures :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles, across the miles, from our home to yours :)
