Home Today...
Well I should really be at work today, but I just couldn't face it. I think coming off the Efexor, the sudden weather change and doing too much have caught up with me. I'm just feeling blah...... I had a five minute pity party yesterday - I miss going to the gym soooo much, and I hate being this fat. But I'm over that now. I had a nice soak in the bath this morning - it felt good. I was so looking forward to bludging around all day - but Rick came home with a work mate mid morning cos it was raining, grrrrrr. I warned him I wasn't getting out of my robe, so I think that scared em away pretty quick, lol. What a rotten mum. Motorbike GP was massive!! Traffice was backed up for miles. Didnt get off the island today til nearly midday!. They had great weather for it thank goodness. Anyway, no real news to tell - just thought I'd write a quick note seeing as I'm home.

you\'re lucky all that you feel is blah, cuz if i miss even one dose of effexor, i get so sick! i think you are handling all this very well. keep it up!
I know what you mean about missing a dose bluesun - I did that a few weeks ago and it took me days to get back on track. It\'s hell. I\'m just reducing super slow, but it still has an effect.
