Jack C & Brad were both reliable & professional on my recent Lift service .On time, efficient and most helpful and knowledgeable .Would Highly recommend Liftshop and their staff. Service for each maintenance visit has been excellent. Today I had to install new lift phone and the service from Michelle and Brad was excellent. Great attitude and very helpful for their clients.
Travel sensors on the highest and lowest levels are in place to guarantee the lift stops where it should. Our lifts have a emergency battery backup in the event of a power failure. Matt the technician arrived punctually and was great to deal with. He provided us with re-assurance that we would never be locked in a lift as he explained to us operational responses by us and ability to contact Lift Shop base 24 hrs to ensure peace of mind. The lift is new but he sure spent a lot of time doing his required maintanence on it. Good on you Matt you are one of the best we have dealt with. All technicians and phone staff have been very helpful.
Now the customer is aware of what elevator they required. Only now we at Elite Elevator explain out the different types of products we have like Hydraulic Lift, Gear Less Lift, Vacuum Lift and Stair Lift, to help the customer buy a home elevator. The Customer site is visited and measurements are taken. Based on the site inspection, we offer them the different configuration they can choose which best suites them. The home elevator that’s selected is now sent for production and then we install it.

The guys at the lift shop have just completed an installation on 10 Apartments that I recently handed over. All of their team had a solutions based mindset as we worked through each aspect of the build and the finished product was of a high quality. I placed a service call recently with Liftshop and they sent a technician to check out the problem. Eleanor was helpful and efficient in booking an appointment. Matt arrived on time, and did a great job thoroughly investigating the problem and did not stop until he was satisfied that he could 100% fix it. Plus, due to the technical issue likely originating at installation, I was only charged a small fee for the callout.
