Holy crap!

Yes, I said it.  Holy crap.  I am so tired of being so tired.  Every day I think that tomorrow I'm going to feel better and do this, this, and that.  Really getting tired of the better tomorrow not coming.
My daughter's college volleyball team was going to stay with us week before last, but ended up only having about 8 girls plus a coach.  Lots of preparation for the expected 17 guests.  It was good for me, I guess.  I do what I can and then lie down, repeat, repeat, repeat.
My son ran a great cross country race last week and made the varsity team for districts and I didn't think there would be a problem for the state meet, but now my daughter's sophomore night at her college volleyball match (out of state) is the same weekend as the high school state cross country meet.  And guess what, people?  I don't feel like going to either one of them.  There would be tears on my pillow but I am too tired to cry about it.  (That's just pitiful, isn't it?)
I have tree shoots and cuttings from a bush that I have been tending for months that I need to get transplanted  before the ground gets cold and we've had some beautiful days for me to do it, but I feel crappy.  I am not sure it is holy crappiness, but nevertheless I shout (imagine shouting because I have pressure on my chest and can't even talk very loudly)  "Holy crap!"  That is what I imagine shouting.  Sadly, it does not relieve my crappiness, holy or not.

Katy, I feel your frustration at all of this. It is, well, holy crap batman! I know how hard it is to keep going everyday thinking it might be a better day and most days it is not and that for me just takes more air out of my hope balloon if that makes sense. I have to be grateful for a few minutes or if I am really lucky a few hours of feeling well these days and that is not a lot to hold on to.
I wish we had a gauge on our body like a gas gauge. Something that would indicate how low or how full we will be any given time,,with energy or feeling well! It would be so helpful!
I wish brighter days ahead for you!
