Building C, which will be built in the currently implemented stage, is intimate and will have only 60 apartments with an area of 28 to 140 m2, including penthouses on the top floor. We have finalized the purchase of an office building located at 9 Redutowa St. in Wola district. It covers an area of over 5,400 sq m, and the area on which it is located is over 5,600 sq m. The office building is adjacent to the plot of land that we purchased in autumn 2020, intended for a residential investment. The decoration ceremony was held on November 16th, 2013 in the Świętokrzyski Voivodeship Office in Kielce.
