Holistic Healing Approach

How could this happen to me?
Isn't that the question that goes through all of our minds when an illness or traumatic event occurs? For the past 20 years, I've been involved in the sexual health industry as a relationship coach, educator and counselor.  You would think that I was fully prepared for the risks that come our way when we are sexually active.
However, I was not.  When I got that call indicating my pap smear was abnormal, I went into shock. Then I progressed to denial, anger, and now I think I'm sort of a the 'numb' place.  It's now been two weeks and at least I don't feel like killing myself.
I intend to address this with a holistic approach that takes in mental, emotional, social, spiritual and physical aspects of life.  I do not believe that this virus needs to take over my body and make me an unsuitable partner for others.  I believe that my body can be HPV free and thriving.  So now the journey toward wellness begins.
Here are the plans I have, would love to hear from others who have used a holistic approach to healing:
1. Look at the belief systems I have around sex and how they are impacting my overall well-being.
2. Adjust my diet to increase the alkaline in my body.
3. Use natural support for my immune system including DIM-plus and other green-based nutrients.
4. Find a support network with positive-minded individuals wherein I can receive and give support and grow in knowledge together.
5. Increase my water intake to move this virus through the system. (I have been horrible at water consumption.)
6. Increase exercise.  I want to begin a yoga routine or increase my dancing.  I know that my immune system is partially depleted because I've been sedentary most of the last year as I've been healing from an auto accident.

Okay, would love your ideas.
