Holiday eve
Im still in bed with my coffee. It has become somewhat of a habit for me but i like it. I was invited by Roomie to go to his family's house for Christmas Dinner but i just dont feel like being around anyone. I especially dont feel comfortable around his family. I told him to go. Work is slow. I instacarted a bit on Sunday and made enough money to pay a bill off which is good. I like the little bit of stability it gives me.
It has been raining nonstop here for days it seems. My friend who stopped talking to me for three weeks reached out. Our relationship has been so on and off that this time I dont have the energy to put anything into it anymore. Im focused on my savings and my future. I cant get off this track. Im afraid too as I feel everything Ive worked for might fall through and it still may. Ive been turning my phone off all day unless Im instacarting or calling someone. Its less stressful for me. To all...please have Happy Holidays and A Happy New Year, I for one am hoping its a better one.

Those little bits of stability add up in a hurry, especially when I stay busy keeping my eye on the prize instead of agonizing over the discomforts of life. Sometimes those discomforts even usher in tasty new habits like chilling in bed with hot coffee.
I find myself going a bit OCD over the metaphorical implications of 20/20. Am I unforgivably hokey to find myself hoping 2020 will be a year of clear vision? Just hoping. . .
