Holiday blues
Hey guys you ever notice that if you're feeling down during the holidays people will take notice and try to get you to feel better, but the rest of the year you're an unperson, as George Orwell said, to everyone?
I wasn't feeling good today I thought I was coming down with something. I went out to the market and when I came home I had the house to myself for about 15 mins wow wasn't I lucky. The thing that keep me sane is knowing my friend and her family are going out tomorrow to visit their friends. So I'll have the house to myself. Then on Fri is their wedding anniversary.
I wish all those good will was prevalent all the year through.
I watched "Scrooge" tonight, the 1970 musical with Albert Finney as Scrooge. That brought back memories I first saw that at Radio City music hall on a school field trip at Xmas time.
