i love you Mamabear - it\'s all ok.
I\'m with you, mamabear. This will be my first year NOT to celebrate the happiness everyone else is looking forward to. My son will have been in jail for one year this coming Jan. I will NOT be happy until he comes home. The cold weather gets me upset, too. snif snif
I\'m learning that I can be thankful for any day I am alive or have loved ones.
Today is my eldest son\'s birthday. Right now as I am writing this he would be 33 yrss and 2 hours old. I lost him to a motorcycle accid 7 yrs ago.
Christmas is another day I as well as Thanksgiving is that I am alive, my husband is alive, the remainder of my children are alive and for that I am thankful.
I have to deal with life issues everyday as we all do and can choose to spend any and everyday thanking God for my life. I don\'t have to have a big celebration or gifts. Just give thanks.
We look at his release date as tomorrow. Out tomorrow. We just don\'t know when that day will be.
Enough babbling.
Suffering here today remembering my son but thankful for everyday I had with him living.
