Holiday

Well I'm slowly getting ready for the holidays. Lights up, decorations mostly up, still unpacking (by the time our lease is up I'll be unpacked). Need to run to Safeway today to take advantage of a sale on cookie dough and a coupon. Got laundry going. Shoulders have been giving me a lot of trouble the last couple of days and it's right in that area inbetween the shoulder blade and spine where u can't really reach it. Getting my Cymbalta week by week currently, that's all we can afford. So far for the holidays we're having my hubby's family Christmas here on the 17th, spending Christmas day in Bellingham at my mom and step-dad's house and then having more Christmas with no presents the next day with the rest of the family. My step-brothers family is having a get-together on New Year's day and we might go to that but it hasn't been decided as of yet. Well, that's it just hanging in there!

I\'m glad you\'re able to spend time with the family, it means so much. Hate your having trouble with your shoulders..mine kill me right in that same spot, and no amount of stretching or corner of the door face massaging seems to help (you should have seen some of the positions I\'ve been in trying to do this...quite hilarious..lol) I do hope things pick up for you, I know how stressful it is to not know for sure week to week whether you are gonna have your meds or not. Praying for good things for you, and for a great Christmas with family (an little bickering/drama XD)

I get a knot between my spine and left shoulder blade that is WICKED. I\'ve had it since college, and it happens whenever I\'m stressed out or overdoing. If you can ever afford one, get one of those chair massager things by Homedics. They do a shiatsu massage up and down your spine and hit that spot just perfectly! Here\'s a link to something like I have here at home: http://www.amazon.com/Homedics-Mcs-360h-Swedish-Massaging-Cushion/dp/B003VTIG6W/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1323283883&sr=1-1

I think you can buy them at Bed Bath & Beyond and places like that. Mine cost $100, but the one in the link is $83. Walgreens stores around here used to have one in their pharmacy section you could sit on to get people to buy them. They are good stuff! Maybe you could hint around to your family for one for Christmas?

I\'m glad you\'ll be able to spend the holidays with your family. I would hate to think you moved away and couldn\'t see them! Have fun making those cookies! Yum! *HUGS*

It\'s hard being so busy when you just don\'t feel well, hope you get through it all and enjoy your family time together. Love is the best present you can give anybody, don\'t let the materialism of the season get you down.
