2023 hasn't even come in and everything is acting a fool , my sister-in-law oldest brother passed last week and yesterday a cousin passed, Just leave my family and all families alone and allow us to truly enjoy 2023 without any drama and pain.. So I made my sister-in-law a delicious carrot zucchini coconut cake with walnuts. I ate a piece and almost didn't give it away..lol I put just a little Brandy in it

does the brandy cook out the alcohol? I do not take alcohol in as I am in recovery....but that looks yummie....
Hey Bill, yes the Brandy alcohol content cooks out, but it isn't even necessary I just put it in to be naughty..lol it was delicious and very moist
