hmmmm...
well, my doctor told me that im morbidly obese at 161 pounds.....(hard to put that up here, please no bad comments)
im in dance, i work, and i exercise. i dont know how i weigh so much. i barley eat. and i throw up what i eat....i dont know how i still this fat...but its slowly starting to speed up. ive managed to lose 10 pounds in 8 days. just another 40-50 pounds and maybe my doctor/mom/siblings/some friends, will actually appriciate me and now call me fat.

Obviously the not eating and throwing up isn\'t helping. I don\'t quite remember what she said, but my sister once told me not eating can actually make you gain weight. If you want to really lose weight, don\'t throw up or skip on meals. Exercise daily and stay in dance. Be healthy. And 161 isn\'t too bad.
isnt too badd.....are u kidding me....thats fucking horrible...im a nasty fat blob who doesnt need to make this world any uglier then it already is
:/ Trust me sis, stick with a healthy plan and you won\'t have to worry about this.
I weigh 20 more punds than you. You\'re doing reall well angel.
doing really well? i just need to fuckin end it before somebody else makes me...i could care less ne more.
Please don\'t. Just hang in there.
theres nothing to hang on to.
The thing about throwing up is, you body NEEDS the nutrients. So if you eat something you\'ll just gain weight back if you\'ve lost it. Not eating anything will make you lose weight...but cause you\'re body to shut down quicker.
The best way is to balance 3 meals a day. Vegetable, fruit, whole wheat, low calorie snacks. And keep up with the exercise.
Losing weight won\'t go fast, it sucks, but there is no way to lose weight \"quick\". But it will be worth the time.
Finding a nutritionist might help A LOT
