His new home

My husband left me 12 days ago. It was unexpected.  We have argued before and had silent treatments, slept in different rooms. However tonight he has told me he found a new house. I'm beyond scared  and betrayed. I feel angry. I feel sad. I feel depressed. Why can he make this move?
