HIS GLORY! WOOOOOO WHOOOOO

PEOPLE, GUESS WHAT? This is a PRAISE notice for you to think about and share.How many of you REALLY apply what the Holy Word of God says? Let me give you my example.I awoke this morning and anyone with chronic pain/illness can tell you, mornings ain't good.  I found myself slipping very very quickly into pain with painful thoughts in tow. Then I remembered God's word said, 2Cor 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; {imaginations: or, reasonings} so I immediately began thanking God for my warm home, a nice bed to sleep in, two healthy sons to get ready for school, the fact that He has His angels watching over me & mine, and the list continued. You know what I found? PEEPS, WHERE THERE IS JOY IN THE LORD, SATAN RUNS.It wasn't long until I kept remembering and counting my blessings that tears of joy began coming, the pain lessened, and Satan scooted off with his version of "poor pitiful me".  I was NOT going to play his game.Praise God. I really am getting the other verse, 1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning youMy PEEPS, God and Satan are after people, we choose who to follow & listen to. Am I going to listen to the the father of lies or MY loving heavenly Father who only wants my good?Hallujah! Praise God even tho my disease causes stuttering & jerking! Praise God in songs off key! Praise God from whom all blessings flow! Priase God in ALL things.Sure, life can kick you, I'm not stupid, but you can either choose to sit and moan about it or get up, dust yourself off and thank God all you got was a kick.Satan wants your JOY. Why? Peeps, JOY IS FROM THE LORD! It says so in the Bible! Read JOB if you think I'm wrong. God wouldn't let Satan take Job's life and Job got double portion for the harm Satan tried to inflict in Job's soul....his joy.Satan needs your stuff about as much as we need 3 heads. He's after what God has given us thru Jesus. Didn't Jesus tell us, MY PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU. Well, hallelujah, Jesus gave it to me and I am not going to let my chronic pains/illnesses have what Jesus gave me. It's mine and I will share with you & others but I REFUSE TO LET SATAN STEAL MY PEACE OR JOY.It's blood bought, mine, and I'm a hanging on! Have a great day to all!
