His cruelty never ends

The sweet ole boy aka my soon to be x, just keeps stirring the pot. His sister can't keep out of this! HE called our daughter today. He told her that he and sisterwife had gone into his attorneys office and reimed him out!  He made another offer, this time says he will give me half his pension that is marital benefit, he will pay my portion of health insurance thru company. Very minimal for him, enormous. Amount for me. He would keep everything including home and when he dies I would get it. If I don't agree he won't pay my insurance.  If we go to court, he will represent himself, won't pay the lawyer what it would cost. This is no offer. At the last mediation we agreed he would get a loan and pay me 40,000 and when he dies I would own it. It was a legal document that we signed and notarized. He was happy with this until sisterwife got back fro a cruise and he then changed his mind. I believe they are trying to drive me crazy!
