hint of my trigger

While i have been waiting for my appt in Jan I have been noticing things about my cata.  It seems to happen when i look at things that are very busy, complicated, shiny, moving.  And when i feel it coming on "woozy" i close my eyes for a second, then look into the distance and it passes without my going totally paralized.  I have been sitting when these have happened so i just lean back and let them pass.  This is not what usually happens to n w/c  they usually laugh or are frighted into a spell.  Mine seems to be a visual thing, I am often tilting my head when a spell happens.  Kind of weird, but for me weird seems to be my usual.
