hi frustrated
I don't know if anyone is having this problem but I am having a realy hard time getting into my groups ......I never know if I will get in or not .....I would like to know ware people are talking to each other ..is it just in the groups and in the mesages and the hugs or am I missing somthing ......when I get to a group it will say one or two is on line but how do you talk to them .....

I am not sure what you mean about getting into a group. Do you mean looking at the "main page" of the group?
I am also confused about what the online count for each group means. I have seen the count at zero for groups that I am in; obviously I am online, yet the group online count is zero. Perhaps the online count is updated every hour or so???
i have a couple good DS Friends that told me by email they cant even get into the site at all & have to create a new account. i hope no one hurts themself because DS wont let them talk to their Fiends/Support Groups since they changed their site. they really f-d up a good thing.

lol ...........I think that was just a bad day ........on the groups I go on ...like the circle it will have a green dot and than a number of how maney people are on line I thought in the group ...but I don't know how to talk to those people .........maby ...it is just showing the people answering at that time ...............I hope that is less confusing ...pepperman ..................................when I press ....my groups .....or suport groups .....it will frize and not let me in ..sometimes for three to four days ....or just kik me out ...after I am in ther for a while ........I just woundered if anyone else was having the same problem ............sorry .........
