Hi everyone

Today I got out of the house again my h had an apointment to get some winter tires on the car so we went out past the city to get it done ...walked around one mall and thanwe had to stop for lunch     on the way home stopped at a cupple stories I had to go to ........we stopped for lunch befor we went home .....dobetics we have to eat on time or get lowes ..and had a treat it went with the meal it was a snal sturberry Sunday ...I dident rember how good iceream ...don't getting it very often ....ofcorse had to be on painkillers as the day wore on ....but still enjoyed getting out ......my depreshion isent as bad when I get out ....yesterday day was some day .... I had got my teaty cleaned 6months ago and the last time they caled and wanted to make me an apointment for a nother cleaning I thought they did both sides so I told them I didn't want to go back I would call them when I wanted to go back ...so they called again and I told them the same thing so on the weakend they called ans said I had an apointment for Monday ....and I was kind of poised that they went and made me an apointment so I said what was the apointment for they said a cleaning and I said I had a cleaning and she said that they hadent finished on my left side ...and she checked my reckords and said that that what it was for well because I forget so much I thought I must of forgotten I needed to go back  And I needed to get one of my back movers checked because some pieces of the filling came out I was just weaighting till it was going to bother me to go in so I get there and what do they do they freze the right side of my face and I said we did the right side and I though that you had to do some on the left side and she said no I had both sides done so this was a second cleaning .....I felt like kiking someone ......they got me ...I never would of went if I had rember end or they had said that I had bothe soda cleaned ........so now I go after the new year for the filling and cleaning for the other side ...they want you in ther every 6 months and I am sure it is just because our insurance will cover it ...the girl from the office was taliked to my h obout our coverage and how some things aren't covered and he told her that of I ever go ther even one time and I have to pay eney thing that was the last time we would be going and she just said o ....I think he surprised ....they are just trying to use up all the money the insepurance will cover ...I was not happy ...they did this to my h they put him for 3 cleanings and hi strath were always soor he hade to get sending ....he still uses it ....he was not happy and they called him back and he told him he wasent going back .......the only good thing that came out of all this is that there insurance I think or other insurances are wanting pictures of the teach so I got to see my teach ....and see ware I was having problems I like that they can't Lyle to you now ..........I hade to go my self and take the truck so I got stuck at the dentist office ans than I remade red I had a 4 by 4 so I put in 4 low and I went ahead right over the sidewalk and it's snow banks like nothing ...I love my 4. By 4     and 4  high is great for tha high way with out it I am all over the rosa my h will have to put some bags of sand in the back to give it sponge weaight ......so I ca e home and no kee to my house and it was snowing so I went to my sons because I had lent him my kee when I was going back in forth wher my h was in hospital and on one was home bit th dood was in locked so I stayed there put on a movii and was happy and we looked through his Kees and I thought I found my kee so I was going to take it and try it but not my h cane home .....so today when we went to get the tires done my h picked up my Kees ......we are on our way home and relised we have on kee to our house ...so we stopped at our sons house and got the kee .....and visted the new baby and when the girls cane home from school I got my hugs ...ANE we got home and it was my kee
