hi

did a lot of painting today ......working on the new picture and also working on a nother painting I need to finish .....hurt my foot a little ....walking around in the dark .....my h s fault he said turn off the kitchen light ....and than ..later the dog wanted in ..and told me to let him in ..I lisen to well ...lol ...having a real hard time getting back on my eating clean .....no sweets ......no breads ....or cereals ....no weat ......my bodie feels much better ...on that ..diet ....since I have IBS......I don't know what happened to my willpower .....and I can't sleep unless I take a sleeping pill ........I had to take a break from here again ...I tried to come on a number of times but just had to leave ........it isent because I don't care ........it is because I care to much ...and I know ....only to well what ..people are going through in here ............and I pick up on ...all the emotions in here if I am not carfull .......I have been having a problem with angizity ......latly ........not sure why ...so that doesent help .........well it's bed time ....need to try and get to sleep ........take care .......
