Guys i need help ,i seem to be falling into a dark hole and im not doing a good job of stopping myself the dark clouds have began to roll in and i cannot see the light at the other end ive called a mens help line and spoke to a guy named craig he did help a bit but ,but its not enough i can'tcope with it
