Hey

Hi everyone,

It's Sat, the sun is shining.  It's chilly outside,  I did some work around the house for a bit and now I am reading  a book I took out of the library.   I am feeling lost and lonely today.   I realize the people who I thought were my friends no longer contact me, or rarely contact me. I hear most from the people around me during the holidays,  now that they are over it's quiet (or crickets are chirping like the cliche)    I have people I am friendly with at work, but they don't understand the mental challenges I have every day.  Some days are good, yesterday was not.   I try to be positive and stay away from all the negative thoughts and feelings that crop up, but it is not easy.

I do have some things to look forward to,  in Feb I'm going to see Riverdance, my friend got us tickets (it was a Chanukah gift to me)  and I would like to see the Museum of Art in DC.  I see there is a special on a private tour, so I thought that would be nice to see. I have yet to get tickets for it.   But each day is a challenge to feel some purpose to my life.   The older I get the more I feel worthless.

Thanks for listening.
