Here we go again

I had just laid down to rest when the phone rang.  I should have let Fred answer it but, he was watching the game.  Guess who was calling again?  She asked to come over to use the computer for school work because the library was closed.  I told her yes only if she was nice and no fighting.  She asked if her dad was here and I said yes.  She said see you later.  I got up and walked into the front room and told Fred that I was going to unsuspend the computer so Sara can come and do her school work.  He came unglued.  He made me cry because he said some very bad things about Sara.  He said that he was going to leave while she was here.  There is no way she will be in my house when I know that I haven't done anything wrong and she wished that I wasn't her father.  I thought about it and he is right.  I called Sara back and told her that she would have to find somewhere else to work unless she appoligised (sp) to her father for saying what she said to him.  This really ticked her off.  She refused to say sorry and told me that she never should have called in the first place and hung up on me.  I miss my daughter very much.  She is the one who walked out on us leaving us holding the big bag of debt.  I am the type of person who is willing to forgive but I will never forget what she has done.  I am right in the middle of this whole messed up thing amd it hurts.

Fred is right. Sara should appologize.....I guess he\'s pretty badly hurt as well.

Men have this pride thing going on that we women don\'t...and Sara has hurt him...he may find it harder to cut Sara some slack....you\'re a mother...we\'re a special breed, we forget what they did wrong as soon as we hear their voices.

You shouldn\'t have to be in the middle..that makes it twice as hard on you. Sara knows the right thing to do is to appologize to her father...she said the wrong thing...sorry you got stuck in the middle of this one...but Fred has feelings too and Sara needs to step up and say she\'s sorry when she verbally assaults either one of you.

SHE\'S NOT GETTIN IT YET DARLENE! She\'s still playing you two...try to stay united with your husband...it\'s hard, but it\'s the right thing!!!

The end results will be better if she knows you two are a team!!

Sorry that this is happening...but keep journaling, ok? ok!!

I know he was right that\'s why I called her back.. She is still trying to control us (me) I\'m not going to let her. She has to be held accountable for what she has done. I have to be thick skinned. I have to learn a new word. No no no no no no!!!! Sara.

Thanks for your input. It does help me.
