HELP! Therapist leaving 3 wks
Posted this in the forum as well...
I am new to therapy, just started beginning of January. I probably should've started like 13 years ago. It has been IMMENSELY helpful and I realize how crucial it is to my recovery. Needless to say, we have not even scratched the surface and I definitely don't feel that I have enough tools in my arsenal yet.
My therapist is leaving for three weeks during the third week of March. I just wanna be sure I am prepared for when she's gone. Anyone have any suggestions or techniques that have helped them? One friend on DS suggested a CBT workbook that sounds interesting, so I might try that. Any other ideas?
I'd really appreciate your help.
