Help on this one please

I have skipped three surgeries due to fear of anesthesia or lost of time and control. I knew before I had my children that I only wanted two of my own, and would adopt or foster many more. I have scheduled my Tubal for Feb 12, 09. I am scared of the anesthesia. Panic is already starting. I do not want to be afraid. I want to beat this. This will be by choice, my knee surgeries will not be by choice in two or more years. I tore my ACL (Level-1 Tear) and would not let them fix it.
