Hello FMO Ladies

I thought I had better take a minute to send some love your way...it has been a very long and tiring week for me. The holidays as usual take their toll on all of us.
My Family are all doing well and putting up with my craziness in their usual loving ways...thank goodness.
At the end of this week when I reach the age of 50...WOW I said it out loud...finally. I have a few things in store for me. I am quitting smoking once and for all...my lungs can't take it anymore...been convincing my mind for that for well over two months now...I am sooo ready. Pray for my family on this one...not for me ...lol
I know Barbara's birthday is right after mine and for the rest of us born in this month (My sweet, sweet MayLyn too) I send you special kisses and birthday hugs...it's not easy to share your birthday with Jesus...but it is well worth it.
I received a phone call today that MayLyn's half sister Tyanna gave birth to her brand new little girl..8lbs..4ozs...born at 12:08. Ready for this? I wasn't...Her name is Liberty May...the May is from her Auntie MayLyn....okay I cried, but they were happy tears...and I can't wait to see what she looks like and meet her in person. I have to admit though...as the news came to me I did have to sit down quickly...my kneees went weak..I wonder if that was normal...it did however leave me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside....well...till Saturday anyways...if I had known I would live to 50 I would have taken better care of myself...=0)
No word yet on the letters...I have sent dozens of e-mails...still waiting. Some people have told me that these things take time....patience is not one of my strong suits.
Love you all so much.....
Walking beside you always...
Jacqueline PLH

Welcome to earth baby Liberty May! What a wonderful name. May your human experience be magical, filled with love, joy, family, friends, and as little hardships as possible.

HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY JACQUIE! I send you all the positive energy and encouragement I possibly can for your goal of quitting smoking. I\'ve heard it\'s a very tough habit to stop, but you\'re one tough cookie and I know you can do this! As with everything else, take it one day at a time and be gentle with yourself....and your family LOL!!!

Thanks for all you\'ve done and continue to do for FMO! I love you so much!

Oh, what a blessing and sweet surprise to have a namesake in the way that your daughter does... :) Happy early birthday and believe me turning 50 isn\'t so bad. I\'ve five years past it almost six and still \"standing!\" Patience is what it is about with the letters and as I\'ve thought so many times it only takes only one. Believing that the one will take the time to read and put into action our intentions. Thanks for all you do here on FMO and you I\'ll be sending an extra push your way to kick that nicotine habit once and for all. I just know that in time you will begin to feel so much better as that is what my friends have expressed who have stopped. You can do it! Love your way. Joanie

Awww what an awesome tribute to your precious MayLyn. Happy Birthday to you all. I am just this side of 50 myself girlfriend and am totally OK with it. To have lived as long as we have after what we have been through every day is a miracle to me and a blessing. Best of luck on kicking the smoking habit. I keep saying I am quitting when I am nt so stressed out so needless to say I am still smoking. Keep me posted on your progress and you just may be my renewed inspiration. After all that is what I took away from my time with you at the treat was inspiration. You are an amazing woman and I love love love you. Sending you much peace love and big hugs through these really rough weeks ahead. XOXOXO Christi

Jacqueline, what joy Liberty May will bring to your heart. My daughter named her son after Matthew and at first I was not thrilled about it, yet now it makes me feel better to always be able to say his name outloud instead of only screaming it in my head and heart. And its funny because he is a little mixture of Nicole and Matthew. At times all I see is Nicole, yet for just a split second Matthews sparkle shines through. It does warm my heart!! The letter thing I do believe takes forever, and usually when your just about ready to give up something happens. Hugs and prayers and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! High five on the quitting smoking, we\'ve tried and tried and are just getting ready to do it too. Let me know when day one is, ours probably won\'t be until Tuesday. Lynette ~ Matthews mom

Happy Birthday! The joy of a new little life is so wonderful beautiful name as well. I have quit smoking and feel much better I used what we call in Canada Champix and it was a great help I did not turn into the witch I usually did when I tried to quit before. A number of my family both here and in the states have quit with the help of that drug.

Sending you love and encouragement to stop smoking. Think of inhaling smoke as a suppression of life. The breath connects us to spirit, when we poison our breath, we poison our subtle energies as well as our physical body.
Great news, a new baby in the family, and her beautiful name is a tribute to your beautiful daughter.
Love, Rebecca

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!.....I beleive one fo God\'s greatest gift here on earth is the birth of a new baby. My youngest son passed in 95\'....which left just the three of us.....In 03\' my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I remember thinking my oldest son will be left without an immediate family....but God step in a grandson was born.........when it is my time to leave this world I find comfort in knowing Bobby will have his own family.....for a grown man who didn\'t want children he is a devoted Father......Liberty May will bring you so much joy, just another example of God\'s knowing what we need to live rather than just exist.....Wishing you and yours a blessed holiday....Love to you, Pat

Happy 50. And congrats ahead of time, on quiting the smokes. You will love yourself, for it. I quit years ago, it was one of the best decisions, I ever made. I\'ve made plenty of bad ones:)
Congrats to the new parents, also. How wonderful....Peace and love to you and yours. Gaye

Happy Birthday! On the smoking thing...I quit about 5 years ago and I still want one. It\'s not a craving...just when things are bad...it felt good to smoke. Crazy. I had my doctor prescribe wellbutrin. You keep smoking for two weeks or so after starting and it makes the cigarettes taste really bad. Beware of replacint the habit of hand-to-mouth. I gained 40 lbs.!
