Held Hostage by a Rash and Joint Pain

Yikes!!!  I forgot how much the upper chest / lower neck rash can be.  It itches, but more than that, it burns and hurts!  In addition, I am hobbling around and it seems like every joint I have is hurting.  I walk like a person twice my age.  I can deal with that with medication and rest, but nothing seems to make the rash better, and I unable to focus on anything else.  I wonder if other people break out in the area of the chest that was frequently exposed to the sun.  This flare cannot end soon enough!  I'm trying to hang in there.
