heat index,, has been hitting about 105,,, or up,,, thats what us in Oklahoma,, call June,,lol, but seems like it's really affecting more this year,, 2 fat,, but just trying 2 love myself more,,, & do what i can,, been traveling lots,, love my friends on here,, dale n okieville

Mike here. I am just south of you in the Shreveport Louisiana area. I am with ya brother. The heat is getting to me to. I too am trying to loose weight. All you have to do in this heat is walk from your house to the car and you have worked up a good sweat. Praying for you..always!
