Heat wave
Well the heat is back with a vengeance. We have had days well over a 100 lately. My lawn is like straw and probably will stay that way for the rest of the month. No way am I going to challenge the weather. Heat really affects my asthma and has sent me to the ER a couple of years ago.

I was in NYCity when you wrote this....yes, the heat was horrible. I had a great time, nonetheless. I returned to Chicago to find more of the same. Ha! I hate this and so do my lungs but I do try and shield them from it as much as I can. It is really awful but somehow the breaks in temp are helping me get through it. I still think Zyflo is a miracle drug. Does it help you with this weather? For me, no coughing just short of breath. Take care and keep in touch . :-) Are you on Facebook?
I\'m not on facebook that I know of. I may have sigbed up for it with one of those bargain coupon things but I can\'t remember. In any event facebook seem too invsive for me.
