Heat & busy
Well considering how hot it got today I did pretty good. It was right at 100 degrees here with some humidity.
I got up this morning and showered with the gd and we ran to the store before it got any later or hotter. It was still a good 80 degrees when we left for the store.
This evening I had to run gd to VBS. The vehicle said it was like 105 degrees!! Too hot for me on a good day!
Any how so I did my walking inside the stores today. The one this morning doesn't have a scooter so I had to walk around to get the things I wanted/needed. The grocery store this evening did have a scooter but I skipped it and walked around the store while leaning on the cart for support. I probably walked more between the two shopping trips then i had been walking on the street.
Tomorrow will be a busy day as gd has dance camp from 9- 11:30 am, then VBS from 6:30-8:30 pm. Son has a meeting at 3 pm and hubby has to get his blood pressure check. I have to go get my INR level checked also in the afternoon plus we are taking son back home as well. This should be interesting to do with the time frame we have to work with tomorrow. Just crazy!!! Just hope with all of this heat, etc that I keep feeling okay.
I have a little mild chest discomfort but then again the baby ( 1 mo old) has been crying a lot and the other gd (5 yr old) has been being a pain in the butt. So all of the stress from things has probably flaired up things.
