Heart Palpitations
Hi Everyone!
Haven't been on here for a while but I am so encouraged by the positive comments and hugs! :)) I am going to try to do a better job staying in touch. My reason for writing is that I have been off beta blockers and lipitor...I feel MUCH better energy wise but have a little paranoia bc wo the beta blockers, I definitely feel more heart palpitations and "flutters". I did have two stents put in but was wondering if this was "normal" or if any of you guys deal with this? I haven't done much exercise (I guess due to fear bc I usually do high impact aerobics)...but I am sure sitting on the couch isn't helpful either. Would love your thoughts/feedback.
PS-I don't handle stress well. Usually feel heart palpitations when the inlays come around..ha! :-P
