Heart burn from Hell

Last night or should I say early this morning I woke up with the worst pain ever well not ever I did go through child birth but It was heart burn and I have not had this since I was pg.  OOOhhh let me tell you that is something that I do not miss.  Any way nothing was easing it and I though OMG I am going to die.  Well since I am writing this I have survived and vowel never to eat a loaded down hot dog in my life.   I have been looking over our finance and also what it will take to get me into a part time job or no job at all.  I know I would have to start out part time which is fine but if my hubby could get this job that We are hoping prob in a year we would be able to be out of debt and then dear I say in the near future we may try for another baby.  I would LOVE for us to have another BABY.  but it is GODS will.
