Heart Broken

My husband of 35 years left me last week for another woman.  He was gone 4 hours and then wanted me back, told her it was over but is back with her now.  He told me he doesnt know how he feels but feels as I have told him to leave he has to focus on the other woman.  This also happened 12 years ago where he went from her to me and then stayed with me but it took such a long time to build my trust and now he shattered it and my heart again.  I just want to stop this awful pain?
