Hearing today...
I'm ready as I'll ever be, and having doubts on whether or not I should just ask to dismiss. As I review everything, it's pretty obvious that this isn't as serious as other situations these hearings are for and I definitely do not have much for evidence. BUT, seeing it through will definitely tell my neighbor to back off... and will make ME stronger. If I'm lucky (which I'm not, lol), he just won't show. If he does show alone, he'll flip out like he always does and the judge will see it for himself... and if he shows up with an attorney, it will just get thrown out anyways but at least it will cost my neighbor money and will still show him I'm serious. {SIGH} I'll keep you posted right after the hearing.

This is about your rights and feelings. This man is making you feel unsafe. He\'s stalking you and you have a right to seek a restraining order. Clearing the air in court may make things better for you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers today.
Don\'t back down on this, my dear. I am not getting this journal until 9 p.m. Thursday evening and I can\'t remember what day and time your hearing was scheduled for. I hope I\'m not too late with this! Please let us know how it turns out, ok?
