HEARING AIDS

Can someone help? I am hearing impaired and i am trying my best to hear the phone at work when the TV is on and people are talking. I tried Oticon cic then siemen lotus 23p but I have the same result. I cannot differentiate sounds in noise. This is very frustrating and makes a day at work very frustrating.
what to do?
