healing sunday :) Alyssa's back home, doing ok :) we're all getting our health back :)

Happy Sunday :) my niece Alyssa's gallbladder surgery went well today, she's doing ok, resting and recovering :)  she got discharged this afternoon :) we're so glad, and thankful :) she's been keeping in touch with us :) Aj brought the kids over to visit, and he and Brodie drove to hartford, ct to visit Alyssa :) my dad returned to work today :) we're all getting back to good health, healing up :) we're having a nice sunday close to home :) we'll be helping out Alyssa, family his week, with anything they need to help them have an easy week :) we're looking forward to blossoming into the new week, health focus, taking continued good care :) thank you angel friends, so very much, for your incredible love, care, support, well wishes, and prayers :) we appreciate everything ;) i enjoyed a sunny nature walk this morning ;) we're all regaining our energy,and strength :) there's so much more to look forward too :) we're relieved, that Alyssa is doing ok, and on the mend :) we'll be looking forward to a big superbowl week, and the big game next sunday :)

Hi angel friends :) Big warm caring happy sunny friendship hugs :) my family, Holly, and i hope  everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice peaceful sunday, and weekend :) We've been resting up today, and recieving updates from Alyssa, on how she's doing. We're so glad, and thankful her surgeries were successful, and that she's gonna be able to rest at home, throughout the week with Aj, and the kids :) she's had a long weekend, but with heal getting better, we all feel relieved, and are so thankful to be getting our health back, and focused on contiued healing, and many more special times to look forward too :) february is almost here, and we'll be ready for a brand new month, to welcome, blossoming into :) We feel very thankful, blessed, and grateful, for the incredible love, care, support, well wishes, and prayers from you and your family's, during these times, all throughout the week. :) things are looking up, and we're all regaining our strength, and feeling like the upcoming week, we'll all be getting closer to 100%, and back to our full health :) we look forward to the upcoming week, and all we'll get to share with everyone, including our weekly traditions :)

Alyssa had successful surgery today, to have her gallbladder removed. they found gallstones, and needed to remove her gallbladder. it went really well. Aj brought the triplets over, and he and Brodie went up to Hartford, ct to visit Alyssa. :) the triplets played video games with Taylynn :) they are feeling better :) we're very relieved, and thankful Alyssa is doing ok, and that she's resting, recovering, and all of us, getting back on good heath track :)

my dad returned to work today around mid-day :) he had been off from work, since last sunday. we all have been resting a lot. my dad got a chance to order a pizza, and bought some lottery tickets last evening :) we all layed down early, and got good rest :) sleeping well, has been so big, as all of our energy has been lower, due to not feeling well. i've been sleeping for a good 7 hours, Holly's sleep has been well too :) we've all been banding together to help eachother :) teas, gatorades powerades, waters,  and foods, snacks :) with Alyssa home,  and recovering, we want to do all we can, to help her, Aj, and the kids this week, so that Alyssa can have full healing rest :) bringing them goods, or items they need, we all love to chip in and help :)

This week, with all of the health we've experienced, it's really put into perspective for us, how quickly health can turn, and how very important it is, to take good care of our health, and to keep our health up :) we looked online, at flu statistics, and it said out of all 50 states, CT is in the top 9 currently for number of flu cases. it's scary, how quick flu, cold, can spread. even though we aren't 100% full health, we all feel like we're getting closer, and closer :) i did lots of studying online, about syncope, and now that i experienced it, i'm so much more knowledgeable of it, and can help myself, family, and friends, when they experience similar symptoms, that can be a prelude to syncope/fainting. i love learning about health, and best ways to maintain good health :) i think in recent weeks, when i was working very hard, and wasn't eating well, and drinking mostly coffee, contributed to me having low immune system, and when i caught the cold, i think it made my blood pressure go so low, that i fainted. we  all have been drinking more water, gatorade, powerade, tea, eating well making sure we eat 3 meals a day. it's helping build up our strength, and energy :) the simple things, like eating well, drinking fluids, can make such a world of difference :) my head and neck, are both feeling much better :) we're very thankful for health, healing, togetherness, you all, our dear angel friends comforting us, and being there for us :) it means the world to us :) the wonderful care package we recieved from our dear friends Judy (Ladybug7) and Denny is so nice :) 

We're all keeping warm :) i've been so happy returning to my nature walks, and putting treats outside for our nature friends :) i've been seeing birds :) it's been very icy outside, and we have some frigid cold air coming. i'll be continuing to bundle up, and putting lots of goodies outside, for our nature friends :) i'm so happy getting back into taking some nature pictures too :) we all want to go for some more car rides soon, to show Holly around our area more, including where her appts. will be at ucfs place, businesses, stores, and cool sights:) She's been getting better, and doing well, with all of the calls she's made and has gotten things in order :) she and i made some popcorn last evening and watched our new movie:) we want to watch the movie again sometime :) she's gonna be making her appt. tomorrow, and also has her car being transported to ct on tuesday :)

We're having a nice sunday :) we're so glad, and thankful Alyssa is doing ok and home :) We look forward to helping her and family this upcoming week, and blossoming into the new week :) i'll be keeping everyone updated :) we've been resting today, having drinks, foods, snacks, and keeping in touch with Alyssa during the day :) She's been texting with my mom today :) this upcoming week, we look forward to easing into the days :) i'm going to do some writing, nature walks, we also have sweet treats tuesday, super wednesday post office adventure, ghost hunters party, and lots more, leading us into another super fun baking friday adventure :) thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, you all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts:) big group warm caring happy friendship hug :) there's many more special times to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the spirit of the season :)
