Healing
Just an update,
Thank you everyone on Daily Strength who has been kind and has prayed for me. I am thankful to have resources and acces to people who are such a light.
I feel healed.
Sinner, still...always.
However, I have something that nobody can take. Something nobody can touch. Something so precious.
Mental illness is real, people's experiences are real, but so is God, and He is good.
Ask Him for healing, and He will heal.
It may not be in your timing, it may not be the way you see fit or sensible, but He will heal.
Lay it out before the Lord.
Your fears, your confusion, your pain.

God bless you my friend! You are correct. Ask and ye shall receive. Perhaps we don't always get the kind of help we expect but it's the kind of help that God knows we need :)
