headaches and memory

i feel so awful. i had to borrow my daughters boyfriends debit card to take my cat to the vet and i lost his card. we got lucky and some honest person( they do exist!!) turned it in to the bank. i guess i left it in the atm. that is so not like me. yet its the second time i have lost a card this month. my memory has been so bad lately that my kids are stsrting to worry. i dont tell them its scaring me too. i guess all i can do is write things down more, be more vigilant, and wait till i see the headache specialist.
