Headache!!! Nausea!!! Nothing helps!!!

Oh my, word, I can't stand it.  Nothing, medication, sleep, quiet, dark, nothing....  Going on trip to WV, it's our anniversary, I feel miserable!  Going to 7-11 to get ginger ale, for the nausea.  I am sure the trip will kill me, as I get very car sick every time.  Oh man, Lord get me through this please, sweet Jesus, help me to suffer in silence.
