Headache
i started taking the tylenol and it seems to be helping better than the ibuprofen. i still have a headache though just not as pounding as it was.
I talked with my therapist about the angels and he related them to our religion so he didn't think i was crazy.
I also talked to my bishop about canceling my sealing to my ex. he said that there had to be a good reason for it. so i told him that if the church believes that a temple sealing is higher than a civil one. why would you force a sealing on someone anyway. i also told him that if we are still sealed we have technically committed adultery.
So i have the papers to start the procedure which has to go to the church presidency. they go on with why you should stay sealed. like i would ever want to be attached to him for eternity. so i guess my first part of my letter i have to write should say if you won't release me from him i will make sure that i go to hell so i am not attached to him. wonder what they would think about that.
i get the kids soon but i would like your opinion about how to write my letter.
