Headache
i started taking the tylenol and it seems to be helping better than the ibuprofen. i still have a headache though just not as pounding as it was.
I talked with my therapist about the angels and he related them to our religion so he didn't think i was crazy.
I also talked to my bishop about canceling my sealing to my ex. he said that there had to be a good reason for it. so i told him that if the church believes that a temple sealing is higher than a civil one. why would you force a sealing on someone anyway. i also told him that if we are still sealed we have technically committed adultery.
So i have the papers to start the procedure which has to go to the church presidency. they go on with why you should stay sealed. like i would ever want to be attached to him for eternity. so i guess my first part of my letter i have to write should say if you won't release me from him i will make sure that i go to hell so i am not attached to him. wonder what they would think about that.
i get the kids soon but i would like your opinion about how to write my letter.

Your logic is that your ex has set up a new family that will be the celestial one that he will set up for himself and will do as he pleases. You now have your own life and you need to have the freedom to handle your own celestial affairs without having to go through him. (Did he leave you and commit adultery before leaving?) If he left you for another woman, use that as your primary reason: he is not honest and moral enough to be in any family with, much less a celestial one! I hope that this helps. Hugs. Neesie
Thanks, you helped a lot. I made out an outline of what I want in my letter and that is one of them but you put it better. Yes he did leave for another woman and yes he did commit adultery. He even took some of my kids up with him for an sleep-over. Along with the porn he was into and the emotional and physical abuse. I found out so much after we separated when the kids finally came forward. I could go on and on but 20 years of being held captive by leaders of the church saying \"families have to stay together at all costs\" so it is time to be over
