Head is going to explode

Huge family fight.  All because of a Monopoly game.   Want to curl up and just go away.  Can't still have company.  My heart is pounding, my head feels like it will explode. I clawed to places on my arm to try to hold it all in.  I am desperately trying not to burst into tears every minute.   Wish they would go home.   Middle son seems ok now, but he cried it out.   Youngest hisses at me when I touch him.  Tried to apologize to daughter in law and she didn't even speak to me.   I am supposed to go on vacation in a camper with these people in two weeks.   I just don't think I can handle it.  God please help me survive the next few hours.
