head games

so he hasn't spoke nicely to me for 3 weeks.  If we accidently touch while sleeping he about jumps out of bed to be away from me.  I have told him its over.  he says he is leaving.  Then last nite he needs to stretch his arms in bed and has to put them on me, many times thru the nite.  He has been lying about his check.   the $$ never come thru.  but he gets paid cash under the table so I cant prove anything.   Now i am struggling to keep the house afloat If i take his $$$ he wont have any way to leave.   If  dont I cant pay rent.   yesterday he thought it was funny to call me at work and tell me the dog had drowned and laughed at me for believing him.  my son has been at his wife so she is not dealing well.  They live with me.  I think she is safer if they are here.   if they get there own place there will be no one to step in and slow things down.   Oh I wish I could get a break
