He passes!
Came back from vacation & as I reviewed the mail, I saw a letter from the High School. I opened it up and...he got a C! (I never thought I'd be so happy for a C!)
We had a nice time. My son pitched in well to do the work that needed to be done. There were some moments when he was out of sorts, mainly because we weren't in our own territory (though we had vacationed here before). But he reset himself & got over it. He even tried something new (riding a 3-wheel "banana bike"), which I did have to prod him a little ("I already paid for it, so you're doing it!"), and he ended up liking it.
Now he can relax a couple weeks before school starts (aside from his summer reading of course). And so can I!
