he came through

T told me that he has a court date so I don't have to dwell on the idea of him being picked up here on a warrant.  If he would have decided to skip the court date ~ a warrant would have been issued and I let myself worry that he'd be picked up here.  I don't want any more police cars at my house.
So I'm not sure who is taking him to court.  Maybe we'll let him go with his friends?  He can ask the judge for a court appointed attorney.  His friends were charged too.
