He called me again....

I got a call from stbx again yesterday while i was out shopping.He wanted to know if i had spoken to the kids about xmas day.I told him i had and they were ok with my choice not to have him in my house.I think he still couldnt believe i have changed and dont do as he wants anymore.I said again why cant he have the kids on boxing day and i dont really think there is any reason he cant he is just being awkward because he is not a priority for me anymore.
