Havnt seen counselor in awhile ugh

 Im having to go inbetween sessions cause of money issues. Then Ive gotten sick agian going to doc within about month of eachother. I just dont know what to do.
 Im ready to pull out what lil hair I got. Doc are saying not sure of whats going on. Why why why!!!!
 Sigh.......
