having trouble with the site.
This is the first time since Monday that I have been able to get on the site. I don't know if it has to do with the new server, but I get emails of my friends posting journals but I have not been able to reach the site.
I'm 232.0! I can't believe it... Last month I started out at 237.6, so I lost almost 6 pounds! I just need to keep up a good diet and avoid eating out. I went swimming the other day and swam and treading water for an hour. It's fun exercise! There's supposed to be a storm coming so no pool today. As long as the pool is open I want to go as much as I can. I have SPF 70 sunscreen and even with staying out in the hot sun I didn't burn. Maybe that's the Mexican in me. Geo got a tad burned and he's full blood Puerto Rican. I'm just sporting a nice tan. I do have to be careful because I have pre-cancerous spots on my neck. I think I'm going to put extra on that area. I also need to see a dermatologist to check them out.
My stomach is acting up again... I can't figure out if it's the Crystal Light or the crunchy peanut butter, but after I eat or drink one of those I feel sick. I'm learning to eat slow... normally I just eat everything fast and that's not good for a sick stomach, even with oatmeal. But I shall press on!

Yes it has been a hassle to get into DS. I have found on those email alerts if I click on quick link Check Messages rather than the More I can get to DS when it is so slow.

Yes, DS has been having all kinds of problems, due to the upgrade. There have been days when I couldn\'t log in either. Congrats on the weight loss! Swimming is great exercise. Could you have an allergy to peanut butter? Whatever the cause, I hope you feel better soon!
i think all the chemicals they put in the food since 1999 are making everyone sick and it will eventually kill us all. everyone needs to eat organic.

everyone is having trouble with ds. tonight it is working nicely. generally very late at night, like 1 a.m. and later its better. but thrown off a lot too.
